Paulina fue nuestra Wedding Planner en nuestra boda celebrada en Abril de 2022 en el Grand Resort Barceló. Lo cierto es que la suya no era una tarea sencilla ya que nosotros residimos en Austin y nuestra celebración tuvo lugar en Riviera Maya. Ademas, en nuestro caso particular acudimos a Paulina a escasos meses de la boda, cuatro para ser exactos. A pesar del poco tiempo del que se disponía para la preparación y la dificultad que esto implicaba, ella no dudó en aceptar el reto.

Desde el primer minuto fue muy profesional y organizada. Su trabajo fue increible, desde la preparación previa a la boda, hasta el dia del evento. Nos escuchó y trató de comprender la idea general que queriamos para nuestra celebración,fue cuidadosa con todos los detalles que eran importantes para nosotros y siempre estaba disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitaramos. Pero lo que a dia de hoy mas importante se nos hace es que se preocupó en todo momento de que no nos estresaramos y que pudieramos disfrutar de la preparación del evento.

Paulina fue nuestro contacto con el hotel, buscó y nos ofreció una amplia gama de provedores acordes a lo que queriamos. Se encargó de toda la preparación previa, de la cena del dia anterior a la boda, y sobretodo, sacó adelante exactamente la ceremonia y la recepción que teniamos en mente. De hecho ella se aseguró de que todo saliera segun lo planeado, es decir, segun la idea que nosotros habiamos visualizado. Estamos convencidos de que sin ella no hubiera sido posible.

Paulina nos dejó encantados con su buen trabajo, su cercania y su trato personalizado. Por esto la recomendamos encarecidamente a cualquier pareja que quiera hacer que su boda sea un dia aun mas maravilloso.

"When we first thought about getting married we put it off because of the stress of wedding planning. We decided to have a private ceremony in Mexico so that it was stress free. I wasn’t sure my personality could handle planning a destination wedding a few hours south of Houston, but I was proven wrong! in a good way I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator, Paulina and her team, absolutely phenomenal! I came to her the day of the wedding with a few last minute changes and requests; she took care of them easily. Our wedding day was perfect; and so was the weekend. I would not have changed anything. The prices may seem daunting, but after our guests arrived, they all said it was well worth it! We had about 45 guests. Have your wedding here! You will be able to actually ENJOY yourself, the wedding and all the guests! (And the food and desserts). The photographer and DJ were great too!

Paulina spent an entire year planning with me, organizing, giving ideas, calming me down, and just simply saving the day time and time again as litle things always pop up that we don't expect, Our weekend wouldn't of been possible without her. From making people feel welcome, to make sure everything went perfectly, She was there, with a beautiful smile on her face and atentive to anyone's need. Paulina was my Wedding Coordinator for my Wedding at Breathless Riviera Cancun in April 2019. She was an absolute God Send! After dealing with several Wedding Coordinators who couldn't even respond to an email let alone help with planning a wedding she stepped in and saved the day. Prompt with emails, giving ideas/suggestions, asking for information she needed, and Coordinating all aspects of our big day. She was very personal, kind and helpful. She would have picture examples and ideas for things that I was looking for. She made being in Michigan and planning a wedding in another country a breeze.

My husband and I we're unsure of our Wedding appetizers for the cocktail hour and what we wanted to have for dinner, so she set up a special tasting for us to try all the options we we're intrested in, talk about going above and beyond.

The day of the wedding she didn't let me worry about anything but enjoying my day. She kept us Prompt and ontime getting ready and keeping things on track. Walking out to the beach I couldn't believe how beautiful it was she got my vision, colors and every aspect of what I wanted and more, its was unbelievably Beautiful! I couldn't have been more happy with the outcome. All night everyone spoke about how beautiful everything was.

While taking Photos she held on to all the girls purses and items, interacted with the wedding party and my family all while keeping everything moving. She stayed with us throughout the night making sure everything went well. She even had a special dessert made up for my MOH who's birthday was on our Wedding day and allowing us to thank her and sing happy birthday.

She was so kind & wonderful we became FB friends and still keep in touch and catch up every once in awhile, how many people can say that about their wedding planner. She truly has a gift and vision for wedding planning and turning your ideas and wants into absolute magic! I would highly recommend her if your looking for the ultimate wedding of your dreams you will not be disappointed.

Paulina was the easiest decision on hiring her as our wedding coordinator after she coordinated my sister's wedding years prior. My original destination did not work out & she was so kind researching hotels for me & set up to go to different venues when I made an additional trip to town.
